We read everything. We reply to anything that identifies a real calculation error, usually within a few days.
What to include
A chart looks wrong
Send the full URL of the chart plus what you expected and where you checked it. The URL carries the exact birth moment we resolved, so it is reproducible — that alone usually finds the problem.
My city is missing
Tell us the city and country. The list is short today; a full worldwide index is being built, and named requests get added first.
Privacy or data question
We store nothing, so there is rarely anything to retrieve or delete. Still, if you believe we hold something about you, ask and we will look.
Something else
Corrections to the astrology, a tradition we have implemented wrongly, or a tool worth building. Specific beats vague.
What we can’t help with
We do not give readings, interpret charts personally, or advise on marriage, health, money or career decisions. We build and verify the calculator — the reading is yours, or an astrologer’s.
