Refund and cancellation
What happens if you pay for something here and change your mind, written before anything is actually for sale.

The short version
Every calculator and chart on this site is free and stays free — this page has nothing to do with them. It covers the paid feature we plan to launch: AI-based readings, sold as credits or a report. Nothing is for sale yet. Once it is, this is the policy that applies.
1. What this covers
This policy applies only to paid purchases — AI credits or an AI-generated report. It does not apply to the free chart, panchang, dasha, matching or numerology tools, which cost nothing and always will.
2. The 24-hour window
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, as long as what you paid for has not been used. That means an AI report you have not opened, or credits you have not spent. After 24 hours, or once it has been used, the purchase is final.
3. How to request one
Email us with the date of payment and the amount. We will confirm by email and process the refund to your original payment method. contact@astrosiddhant.com
4. What is not covered
A report you have already received, or credits you have already spent, cannot be refunded. The work has already been done. This is the same rule most digital services use. It is also why the 24-hour window above is tied to "unused" rather than to time alone.
