What the classical Gochara table says about today
5 of the 9 grahas the tradition rates count in your favour from Tula today. The Moon is one of them, so Chandrabalam is with you. It is the part that moves fastest. That changes at Thu 09:34.
6 would have counted. Another graha stands in the house the tradition says holds each of them back.
This rates the transit, not you. It is a count of where the grahas stand, and it says nothing about how your day will go.

Overall status
Where a graha is actually standing in the houses that signify each area, counted from Tula.
A chance to be seen at work
A promising window to make visible strides in your professional life. The Upside: A good time to put your ideas and effort where people can see them. What to watch for: Taking on too many new commitments at once in your enthusiasm. Advice: Step forward, pitch that idea, or begin the project you have been putting off. (Astrology detail: Supported by Shani (Saturn) in your 6th house of daily work, routine, illness and debt).
Shani (Saturn) · 6th house
Clarity and balance in your finances
A steady stretch to organise your resources and build clarity around your finances. The Upside: Clear mental focus for balancing accounts and understanding your true cash flow. What to watch for: Impulsive lifestyle spending disguised as quick rewards. Advice: Review recurring expenses, organise receipts, and strengthen regular savings habits. (Astrology detail: Supported by Chandra (Moon) in your 11th house of gains, friends and the wider network).
Astrological perspectives for self-reflection, not financial advice.
Chandra (Moon) · 11th house
Patience, gentle listening, and mutual space
A period that calls for extra tenderness and emotional patience in partnerships. The Upside: Working through small misunderstandings now creates deeper long-term trust. What to watch for: Overreacting to minor irritability or making assumptions about the other person's intent. Advice: Speak plainly and kindly, give each other breathing room, and let difficult conversations cool down before concluding. (Astrology detail: Influenced by Rahu in your 5th house of children, study and what you create).
Rahu · 5th house
Vitality, balance, and sustainable daily habits
A fresh stretch to reset your daily rhythm. The Upside: A good time to start small habits: balanced meals, proper rest and gentle care. What to watch for: Overestimating your stamina and taking on exhausting physical routines all at once. Advice: Focus on simple, consistent habits: stay well-hydrated, get outdoors, and get proper sleep. (Astrology detail: Supported by Shani (Saturn) in your 6th house of daily work, routine, illness and debt).
Astrology for reflection, not medical advice. For any health worry, see a doctor, and don't wait on a chart.
Shani (Saturn) · 6th house
What to do today
Trust your intuition
Your instincts are well tuned regarding friends and income today. The Upside: Emotional clarity and a deep, intuitive understanding of what needs to happen next. What to watch for: Overthinking a choice that your gut already solved. Advice: Trust your first instinct and act on it before the mood passes. (Astrology detail: The Moon is favourable here today).
Chandra (Moon) · 11th house
Build with steady discipline
Patience and discipline count for a lot around work and health today. The Upside: The ability to focus deeply and build something that lasts. What to watch for: Becoming too rigid or refusing to ask for help. Advice: Put in slow, steady effort today. This is the kind of work Saturn favours. (Astrology detail: Saturn is favourable here today).
Shani (Saturn) · 6th house
Good day to teach or advise

Take decisive action
Dynamic, forward-moving energy is driving your job and reputation today. The Upside: High motivation and the courage to tackle things you usually avoid. (Astrology detail: Mars is favourable here today).
Mangal (Mars) · 10th house
What to avoid today
Let someone else be right
Egos might easily clash when it comes to you and your health today. The Upside: A great opportunity to practice leadership through listening. What to watch for: Stubbornness or battling over who is right. Advice: Let someone else take the lead today; giving way costs you nothing. (Astrology detail: The Sun stands unfavourably here today).
Surya (Sun) · 1st house
Today's mantra
The beeja mantra the tradition assigns to Shukra (Venus), the lord of Tula.
ॐ द्रां द्रीं द्रौं सः शुक्राय नमः
oṁ drāṁ drīṁ drauṁ saḥ śukrāya namaḥ
Printed because the texts assign it, not prescribed as a fix. This site does not sell remedies, and it does not claim a mantra changes what the sky is doing.

Every graha, its house from Tula, and what the classical Gochara table makes of it. This is the computation the cards above are built from.
| Graha | House from you | Transiting | Gochara |
|---|---|---|---|
| Surya (Sun) | 1st | Tula 18° | Unfavourable |
| Chandra (Moon) | 11th | Simha 23° | Favourable |
| Budh (Mercury)℞ | 1st | Tula 17° | Unfavourable |
| Shukra (Venus)℞ | 1st | Tula 0° | Favourable |
| Mangal (Mars) | 10th | Karka 26° | Favourable |
| Guru (Jupiter) | 11th | Simha 0° | Favourable |
| Shani (Saturn)℞ | 6th | Meena 14° | Favourable |
| Rahu℞ | 5th | Kumbha 1° | Unfavourable |
| Ketu℞ | 11th | Simha 1° | Obstructed: RahuRahu in your 5th house holds this back |
Why some favourable placements do not count
The classical table has a second half. A graha in a house the table likes gives nothing while another graha sits in the paired house — vedha, meaning obstruction. Saturn in your 3rd is favourable, but not while something stands in your 12th. This reading applies that pairing to all nine grahas.
There is a further rule, vipreet vedha, where an obstruction cancels a difficult placement instead. The texts state it as a principle rather than a table. The sources do not agree on one table, so we do not count it here.
This is the sky, not your chart
Everything above is true for everyone with this sign. What makes it yours is where these bodies fell when you were born — that needs your date, time and place.
